Reviews must be submitted between 01 November 2025 and 07 November 2025, 11:59PM AEST. Orders placed on or after 01 September 2025 are eligible for entry. Orders placed before 01 September 2025 are not eligible.

• Open to residents of Australia aged 18 and over.
• Only verified purchasers who leave a genuine product review on the official BioGaia Australia or New Zealand website are eligible.
• Each order can only be entered once.

• There are 25 chances to win. Each winner will receive a refund equal to the value of their original order (including GST but excluding shipping).
• The maximum total number of winners is capped at 25 across all entries.
• Refunds will be processed via the original payment method within 15 days of the winners being notified.
