You have the right to withdraw from your order within 14 calendar days, without giving any reason.

The easiest way to exercise your right of withdrawal is to contact customer service at info@biogaia.com.au  and returning the goods to us. The return address is the address given below:

We will use the same means of payment that you used to pay for your order and this will not cause you any extra fees.

We have the right to withhold the refund until we have received the product back and it has been returned to us unused and in its original packaging.

Exchanges: We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to change your product, please return the original item in accordance with our returns policy and place a new order for the desired item.
