Ingredients
- 375 g of strawberries
- ¼ cup of honey
- ¼ cup of liquid whey
Instructions
- Use fresh strawberries and start by cutting off the green tops.
- Cut the berries into quarters. Place them in a clean jar and remember to leave some room at the top.
- Mash the strawberries with a wooden spoon and add the honey and the whey.
- Close the lid and leave at room temperature for three-five days. Remember to stir it twice a day.
- Once you see bubbles, taste and see if it is to your liking. For a deeper taste, leave the jar on the countertop for longer.
