Ingredients 

 

  • Sweet potatoes 
  • Olive oil 

Topping variations

 

  • Fried egg and avocado  
  • Cottage cheese and blueberries 
  • Peanut butter and banana

Instructions 

 

  • Cut the sweet potatoes lengthwise into thick slices.
  • Brush some olive oil on both sides.
  • Place on baking tray with parchment paper.
  • Cook in oven for 15 min on 225°C.
